Customer Services Representative, Payment and Support - 6 months contract (Internal Ref#SGCSPSJS)

Responsibilities:
To be responsible in providing payment and support work for in country operations
Job specifications
- Sales Slip management:
2. Batching and indexing
3. Error checking
4. Follow up with merchants for any ambiguity
5. Query handling with local and regional teams
- Payment report reconciliation and investigation follow up for discrepanciesMerchant sales slip retrieval for liaising with merchants and Regional teams
- Principle checking on Sales slip and identify irregular sales slip to follow up with merchants
- Sales Slip scanning:
2. Quality checking
3. File storage
4. Reconciliation
5. Rejected image follow ups
- Merchant services support:
2. liaise/resolve enquires from Data Capture Vendors
- General office support duties
- Attend to rejected batch file transaction by checking with merchant/local teams
- Attend to exceptional payment handling
- Prepare reports, letters and statistics
- Prepare daily performance stats for the department
- Co-ordinate merchant account packet storage and retrievals from service provider
- Co-ordinate sales slip storage and retrieval from service provider
- Handle scanner breakdowns and preventive maintenances
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration and customer service; similar experience from banks is an advantage
- Post Secondary graduate
- Proficient in Reading, Writing, Speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin need to liaise with Chinese speaking customer and colleagues
- Familiar with PC operation
- Good organization and prioritization skills, detailed-minded
- Committed, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, accountable and flexible
