General Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor / S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulation, industrial relation, personal matters, compensation and benefit, training development and performance management
- Having minimum 10 years experience in related field, with at least 5 years in Manager level with good leadership
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English & Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure, motivate and brings the best out of people
- Computer literate
