Delivering day to day services and handling customer complaints
Job Opportunity Career Responsibilities:
- Handling client inquiries and correspondences relating to account balance, opening account, bank reference, etc
- Ensuring that client account documentation are updated and in order with regulations of BI
- Handle all documents relating to the opening and closing of client accounts monitoring, controlling the customer balance in client accounts
- Assisting in all other operations activities when and where possible
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scales)
- Good communication in English is a must
- Having a good interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduated are welcome, experienced in the same field are preferable
