LOWONGAN KERJA - The European Commission and the Royal Government of the Netherlands have jointly established the Basic Education Capasity Trust Fund (BEC-TF) with the purpose GOI in improving the delivery of decentralized basic education. It is also intended to lay the ground and conditions to be met for a major sector-wide investment program. These goals will be achieved through targeted analytical work, thematic dialogue in education between the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and donors, and capacity development and strengthening of systems for planning, budgeting, financial management, M&E, and human resource management. To achieve this goal, The World Bank Office in Jakarta is recruiting 2 persons for the position of:

The applicant should possess the following characteristics:

• Masters degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Public Administration, Education of others


• A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience, including education sector experience and practical development cooperation experience in Indonesia;


• Proven experience skill in the field of monitoring and evaluation and capacity development;


• Field experience with data collection, data management, data analysis;


• Proven organizational and program/project management skills;


• Excellent oral and writing skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia;


• Prior experience from working with World Bank systems and Trust Funds, Including knowledge of general Bank operations and procedures a plus
