Audit Committee Member
Responsible to:
Perform a function of Audit Committee Member in accordance to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 8/4/PBI/2006 dated 30 January 2006 and its amendment dated 5 October 2006 as well as the Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia No. 9/12/DPNP dated 30 May 2007 regarding Good Corporate Governance Implementation for Commercial Bank.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree majoring in Finance , Accounting or Legal (Master Degree would be an advantage),
- Min. 5-6 years experiences as Auditor,
- Have knowledge and skill in Finance , Accounting and Legal area,
- Experience of familiar with Banking Operation & Procedure, Audit Methodology, Tools & Analysis, Government Regulation, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit & MARKETING , Bank Accounting and Report Writing,
- Have adequate time to perform his/her duties as Audit Committee Member at the Bank' s Office,
- Fluent in English, both oral and written as well as computer literate.
Risk Monitoring Committee Member
Responsible to:
Perform a function of Risk Monitoring Committee Member in accordance to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 8/4/PBI/2006 dated 30 January 2006 and its amendment dated 5 October 2006 as well as the Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia No. 9/12/DPNP dated 30 May 2007 regarding Good Corporate Governance Implementation for Commercial Bank.
Requirements:
