Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial/Mechanical/Electric Power Engineering/Marine Engineering -
Minimum 4 years of Sales and Marketing experience with proven track record -
Good knowledge in Power Generation, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Industry, and the Lubricant market -
Have a strong business sense, planning, budgeting and control skills -
Strong interpersonal and communication skills couped with sound commercial judgment and leadership -
Ability to understand customer demand, influence customer decision making and energizing sales and the customer service team to promoto Power Generation, Onshore & Offshor Production business in Indonesia.
The PGO Sales Manager will be responsible to manage Sales and Marketing of Lubricants and related service to the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Production & Drilling sectors within Indonesia in line with business objective, whilst ensuring that BP'S code of conduct and HSSE requirements are upheld at all times. This role will be based in Jakarta and reports to PGO Regional Sales Manager AsPac in Singapore.
