Its subsidiary in Singapore, Wacker Chemicals (South Asia) Pte Ltd., is looking for highly motivated and dedicated talents to join for the following position in Indonesia.
Market Development MANAGER
Targeted industres are adhesive and coating market
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and promote WACKER offerings for the adhesive and coating market in Indonesia
- Systematically collect, analyze and present customer, market and industry trends
- Provide first hand technical service to the customers
- Develop, maintain and enhance customer relationships with existing and potential customers
- Maintain, manage and supervise sales partners (distributors and agents))
- Responsible for profitable growth of WACKER business in Indonesia
Key Requirements:
- Possess a broad technical understanding as well as an education in chemistry related science
- At least 5 years experience in B2B sales of specialty chemicals
- Experience in the adhesives and coatings industry
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self - motivated and eagerness to develop new markets, applications and persistent attitude
- Fluency both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
