LOKER PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR JOB

Requirements:
- You should have minimum diploma degree in Secretary or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years as a secretary for expatriate.
- Fluent in written and speaking English.
- Computer literate (MS Office) is a must.
- Self driven, full initiative, independent, able to perform multitasking, detail oriented and deliver tasks on time.
- Great interpersonal and communication skill.
- To be placed in Cibitung - MM 2100 Industrial Area

Responsibilities:
- Assist Managing Director in organizing and maintaining business activities, such as arrange the appointment and/or meeting, travelling accommodation and correspondence, and also responsible to handle business monthly report, facilitate the needs for the expatriate, and manage some of office project(s).
- To assist and prepare agenda for meetings, identifying relevant issues for discussion, coordinating information needs, and keeping the minutes of meeting.
- And to perform others routine and non routine secretarial tasks in order to support the Managing Director in business and personal matters in performing business activities effectively.
