BOT FINANCE, a Japanese joint venture company of BOT Lease Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan are seeking highly motivated professionals to take on the challenges to contribute toward our corporate objectives, for the position below:

Staff Trainee




1. Junior Lease Staff




- Develop and maintain relationship with Dealer & Customer




2. Junior Operational Staff




- Back office of Lease & Finance Transaction

General Requirement :




a. Male & Female, max. age 26 years old




Fresh Graduate (S-1, Minimum GPA 2.75)




Fluent in English, written and spoken




Experienced in Accounting and Legal is more appreciated




Has driving license (SIM A) – especially for candidate of Junior Lease Staff




b. The trainee (1 & 2) should start Job as candidate of Junior Operational Staff. Depend on aptitude and aspiration, they have chance to be a Trainee of Junior Lease Staff (totally one year Trainee period)

c. Contract Staff while Trainee period. Possibility to be hired as Permanent Employee after the Trainee period of one year
