A European Company located in Gresik invites qualified and self motivated candidates to apply for the following position:

Lean Supervisor
- Male/Female aged 25 and over
- Min. S1 Degree, Majoring In Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline from reputable University and computer literate is an advantage
- Fluent in English, goods communication skills and able to convince others through written and spoken communications
- Solid experience in Lean manufacturing (5S, TQM, TPM, VSM, Six Sigma, Kanban, SMED, etc.) or related manufacturing process change management, certified in any quality management system is an advantage
- Strong leadership, outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- A responsible and committed team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify problems, presentation skills and tolerance to work under-pressure

The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Lean strategy and programs to support the needs and goals of the businesses such as improve safety, exceed quality and delivery expectations, reduce / eliminate operational waste (incl. costs & inventory) also will be responsible for working with the management to improve productivity throughout the company.
