1.OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR- MODERN TRADE (ODM) Jakarta
Planning developing and implementing strategies for operational management within escale, including business development for new outlets.

2.HUMAN CAPITAL DIRECTOR (HCD) – Jakarta
Directing the implementation of HC strategies & programs; leading HC practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture which emphasizes quality, productivity & goal achievement.

3. NATIONAL SALES OPERATION MANAGER (NSM) – Jakarta
Providing leadership towards the achievement of sales goals and growth in line with sales & marketing plan, developing distribution channels, driving & managing business relationships to expand the customer base.

4. HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER (HCM) all major cities
Managing HC department; coordinating HC activities including employee, compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance.

5. ACCOUNTING MANAGER (ACM) – Jakarta
Managing ; coordinating Accounting activities including financial reports.

ESSENTIAL :
- Male/Female with minimum age of 28 years old (1, 2, 4) Min 24 years old (3, 5)
- Minimum of Bachelor degree from reputable universities with outstanding GPA > 3.00
- Minimum of 3 years proven track record preferably from FMCG distribution company (1-4), 2 years proven track record from Public Accountant Firm (5)

DESIRABLE :
- Strong leadership profile, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent supervisory, coordination & analytical skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office word – excel – power point)
