A recently established professional management company requires a dynamic, professional, multi departmental skilled, eager to learn, highly motivated to grow, resident manager. This individual gets a great opportunity to be able to develop him/herself within this Asian Management Company in conjunction and its growing inventory of properties.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of progressive managerial experience in a leading / 4* or 5* hotel, resort or villa property.
Prior experience as a Resident Manager/EAM//RDM/FOM/HK Manager is preferred.
Experience within Resorts with strong emphasis on and experience in Front of House departments is preferred.
Spoken and written English needs to be at sufficient levels.
Controllable professional references.
