ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR Other Income
General Requirement & Capability

* S-1 Accounting degree with minimum 3 years experience in the same field

* Age max. 30 years old

* Excellent in Ms. Excell skill

* Used to with long hours working time

* Used to work with tight deadline

* Work with accurate and timely manner

* Having good communication skill

* Good time management and analytical skills

* Able to review process and procedure, and manage the team objective

Job  Purpose

* To ensure the Trading term agreement between the company and supplier is in the proper documentation

* To maintain the trading term data base both hard and soft copy

* To maintain the supplier master data base

* Perform the calculation of the accrual income every month

* Perform the reconcilliation between accrual income against the actual billing and do adjustment entry if necessary

* Perform the reconcilliation between the actual billing against the actual promotion and do the adjustment entry if necessary

* To ensure the staff perfom good A/R collection

* To do analysis of AR ageing in weekly and monthly basis and take necessary action to handle the long outstanding

* To review the debit balance report and follow up with the necessary action

* To continue improve Other Income operating process

* Make effective communication to supplier when enquiry occurred

* Maintain good working relationship with other related departments within the bussiness
