LOKER [LOWONGAN KERJA] The World Bank assists the Government of Indonesia, at many different levels, in its efforts to reduce proverty, enhance governance and promote growth. To assist the objective and goal of Indonesia office, we are recruiting for the position of :

Head of Communications Job# 100500

The Head of Communications is a key senior member of the Bank team, responsible for strengthening the Bank's engagement with a wide range of country stakeholders including civil society. NGOs, academia, parliament, and media. The position helps Bank staff  improve development effectuveness through strong outreach and communications with opinion leaders, and advises the Country Director on key country developments which affect the country partnership strategy. He or she will also lead the communications team, and on many occasions, be the face of the institution in engaging with external stakeholders.

The loker applicant should possess the following characteristics:

• a post-graduate degree in a relevant field
• at last 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of international or public affairs, development economics, or communications
• credibility with country stakeholders in civil society, academia and the media
• strong leadership skills and a strong team player
